Very nice old smocking pants dating from the end of the 19th century. The material is a supple and silky black wool of medium weight. The pants have the classic wide silk satin bands on the side of the legs and pretty details, darts at the waist, two buttoned patch pockets in the back, two front pockets plus a small pocket at the waist. Very good condition, unwashed. Wear it casually over a T-shirt or in a couture way with heels.
