Bonjour, welcome to Les Toiles Blanches!
here is a stunning antique complete set of tablecloth and napkins that dates middle of the 19th century.
The fabric is a gorgeous silky damask linen of medium weight cotton with pale ecru tones.
The decor of the damask is a classic floral decor, beautiful motives of roses on the middle of the tablecloth and framing it in two rows.
The trousseau tablecloth is embroidered by the most beautiful monogram ever, a large red cross stitch floral MD embroidered on both sides of the cloth.
The 12 matching napkins are long and embroidered with the same large monogram in one side of the cloth.
A gorgeous antique table set in a fine rare condition for its age!
The tablecloth has a good length and a classic width, the napkins are large.
Ideal for a special table, or to use on Sunday family lunches!
