Refund policy

RETURNS

Our refund policy extends over 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

REFUNDS

Once we have received the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 hours maximum.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items are not refundable.

TRADES

We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, contact us via the contact form.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED?

Please contact us as soon as possible and if the order status is still processing, it is possible to cancel your order before it has been shipped.
